  Purchased a bike for 6 year old. 6 months on, first crash happens. Front brake damaged. Take it to shop at 4.45 on a Friday. Two staff spend 10 min repairing and testing. Go to pay and get told its on us. Hows that for good old fashioned service. Impressed kid says "dad, thats the best bike shop ever". I think that says it all.
