    This is a residential caravan Park. Its low rent so don't be expecting the Ritz. However management are fantastic and the rates are great for what you get.

    Police are doing rounds 2 times a day, some residents here are lovely a community. (The community is what make the 3 stars).

    Run down, the guy who in charge does nothing to look after the place very dirty cabins werent cleaned

    Poor caravans in poor conditions, front doors falling off not very secure caravan park, no hot water when there is meant to be one, most caravans are runned down and nearly out of commission some are filled with cockroaches and other insects, no air cons or heaters here, T.V's missing power cords and DVD missing the AV cords, ovens dont work, neither does the gas stoves.

    Near to philip island. Awesome hosts. Economical and good value for money. Spent two nights with kids. Thank you trevor for hosting us.
